MISSION 1905 is the renovation of a 1930s Spanish home in Mid-City and the conversion of an existing garage to an ADU. LAUN Studio updated an awkward 1980s kitchen and reorganized a 1980s addition to create a new master suite with connections to the backyard. The renovation created a clean, bright, and cheerful home while maintain the period Spanish charm.
